Refunds & Returns - please read carefully
Can I refund and/or exchange my goods?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges as long as you contact us by email within 7 business days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, tamper seals must remain intact, and the goods must be in a re-sellable condition. We will require photographs of the item in question to prove this is the case before agreeing any refund.
Please note that we are unable to refund any postage costs.
If you receive replacement items before returning the original goods, you must send the original products back within 30 days of receiving the replacement. If the original items are not returned within this timeframe, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the replacement goods to the payment card used for your original order.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

What do I do if my items are damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping - please read carefully
We ship UK wide with Royal Mail.
Tracked Royal Mail 24 - £4.25 - arrives in 1-2 business days
Tracked Royal Mail 48 - £3.39 - arrives in 2-3 business days
Shipping is free on orders £50 and over.
Please note we ship within 1 to 2 business days from when you place your order. The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched. You will receive a notification and reference number when your order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If your items haven't arrived within 7 business days of making your purchase, please contact us at info@honeypupcollection.com
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address to ensure successful delivery of the parcel.
Can items in one order be delivered to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, each order can only be delivered to a single address. However, you can place separate orders and have each one shipped to a different address.
