Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship UK-wide with Royal Mail.

How much is delivery?

• Tracked Royal Mail 48: £3.75 — estimated 2–3 business days
• Tracked Royal Mail 24: £4.80 — estimated 1–2 business days
• Free UK delivery: Orders over £50

Delivery timeframes begin from the day your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

When will my order be dispatched?

Dog grooming products: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

BioThane® dog leads and collars: As these are handmade to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your lead to be made and dispatched, plus the delivery time selected at checkout.

You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking or reference number when your order has been sent.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at charlotte@honeypupcollection.com with your order number so we can look into it for you.

Can one order be delivered to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, each order can only be delivered to one address.

If you need items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update it.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

BioThane® Dog Leads and Collars

What is BioThane®?

BioThane® is a durable coated webbing that is waterproof, easy to clean and designed for everyday use.

It contains no animal hide and is a vegan alternative to leather.

Are BioThane® leads/collars waterproof?

Yes. BioThane® is waterproof, making it particularly practical for everyday walks, muddy weather and outdoor adventures.

How do I clean my BioThane® lead/collar?

Simply wipe the lead with a damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning, you can use mild soapy water.

Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.

What is a multiway dog lead?

A multiway dog lead gives you several ways to walk your dog using one lead.

Our leads can be used as a traditional handheld lead, worn cross-body or around your waist.

Can I use the lead hands-free?

Yes. The multiway design allows you to wear the lead cross-body or around your waist, giving you a hands-free option for walking.

What lead widths are available?

Our BioThane® leads are available in:

• 19mm – wider and more substantial

Can I choose the colour?

Yes. You can choose your preferred BioThane® colour from the options available on the product page.

What hardware options are available?

You can choose between silver or antique brass hardware.

Are the leads handmade?

Yes. Every BioThane® lead and collar is handmade to order according to the options you select at checkout.

How long will my BioThane® lead take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your lead to be made and dispatched, plus the delivery time selected at checkout.

Can I return my BioThane® lead/collar if I change my mind?

Our BioThane® leads/collars are handmade to order and customised according to your selected BioThane® colour and hardware finish.

Because they are made specifically to your chosen requirements, they are not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind, where permitted by law.

Please check your selections carefully before placing your order.

What if my BioThane® lead is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact charlotte@honeypupcollection.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Are BioThane® leads chew-proof?

No. BioThane® is durable, but it is not chew-proof or indestructible.

Please regularly inspect your lead, clips, D-rings and hardware. Stop using the lead if you notice any damage that could affect its safety.

Dog Grooming Products

Can I return a grooming product if I change my mind?

If your product is eligible for return, it must be unused, unopened, with any tamper or hygiene seals intact, and in its original, re-sellable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to return a product.

What if my grooming product is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact charlotte@honeypupcollection.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.

Product Care & Safety

How should I look after my BioThane® lead?

Wipe your lead clean with a damp cloth and use mild soapy water when needed.

Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive products.

Regularly check the lead, clips, D-rings and hardware for signs of damage or excessive wear.

What if my dog chews the lead?

BioThane® is not chew-proof. Damage caused by chewing, misuse or accidents may not be covered.

If your lead has been damaged, stop using it and contact us if you are unsure whether it is safe.
